AeroGarden Kratky Lid w/Airline Tube Fits Wide-Mouth Jar - Take your Kratky Jars from passive to active!

Are you using Kratky style systems to expand your indoor hydroponic space? Do you want more performance out of them? Move your Kratky jars from passive to active by using our Kratky style lids that accept standard airline tubing!

These lids fit a standard wide-mouth mason jar (86mm) and accept AeroGarden pods. The lid is in black so as to prohibit light from penetrating the tank, please note that most Kratky systems cover the glass of the jar to ensure no light contamination in the water tank to prevent algae growth! This lid is reusable and can be easily washed with dish soap and air dried. You can purchase these lids with or without airline tubing and a bubbler stone, our airline tubing is silicone and black to prevent algae growth. The air pump is NOT included on any order, any standard small aquarium air pump will suffice though. Splitters can also be utilized so that you do not need multiple air pumps.

You might want to move a AeroGarden pod to a Kratky system if your plant is too large and creating a canopy with leafs that prevent smaller plants from growing or if you have a slow starting plant that needs its own light source to catch up with the rest of your AeroGarden. This system can also help prevent root shock if you intend to transfer your plant to soil from an AeroGarden system that utilizes fertilizer.
