Richard Brown - Leadership

Richard was inspired to found ZXYPRO after working up prototype products and realizing 3D printing how greatly enhance that process. All through his life, Rich has loved building and creating things and getting people to work together in effective teams. He is an advanced CAD modeler and 3D maker. Previously he worked for several federal government agencies in organizational development and training, receiving numerous awards including the Secretary of State’s Award for Meritorious Service. He is a fly fisherman, runner and organic gardener. He and his wife Rheta have two wonderful children, Matt and Lauren.

Thomas Nicholson - Logistics & Fulfillment

Tom is 3D Connected Printing’s operations manager. He is responsible for logistics and fulfillment. He came to us after working 20 years as a Department of Defense Contractor. He graduated from Davis and Elkins College, Elkins, WV with a BS in Marketing and Management. Mr. Nicholson has been a member of the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Rescue Squad for over 30 years and currently serves as the Secretary of the Squad’s Alumni Association.

Rheta Kasmer - Finances

Rheta, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, brings the prospective of the everyday user to the firm’s product development. She is fascinated by the latest technical innovations especially those showcased at CES which she attended for 3 years. She had over 15 years’ experience in the federal government working for a small entrepreneurial unit selling training where she designed marketing campaigns and managed registration and financial systems. She has an MBA in Finance from George Washington University. She also loves travel, historical mysteries, and gardening.

Paul Chase - Design & Engineering Consultation

Paul is the company's expert consultant on CAD design and product development. He is an avid maker and has been designing and building 3D printers for over 12 years. Paul spends much of his maker time at the NOVA Labs makerspace in Reston and has been leading 3D printer build groups, helping to turn other folks into makers. Professionally, Paul is an advanced AI engineer and has worked on numerous projects including IBM's Watson. Currently living in Fairfax City, Paul originally hails from Chicago and is a big Chicago Bears fan.

Evan Wallace - Marketing

Evan is our Vice President and oversees advertising, social media, marketing, and communications. He joined the company in Spring of 2015 while he was finishing his undergraduate degree. Today, Evan is happily married to his wife Ashley and is currently working on a PhD in Digital Humanities at the University of Central Florida. Working remotely from Florida, he joins the team in DC regularly several times a year. He also has started a companion operation/company, Urban Hydroculture, which develops and sells 3D printed components for hydroponic systems.

Nick Hawkins - Chief Technology Officer

Nick is presently in the process of learning CAD (Autodesk Fusion 360) and is in school pursuing a degree in AutoCAD. Here at ZXYPRO Nick works on design, running 3D printers, and quality control. His interests include Star Wars and other superhero memorabilia, power lifting, gaming, listening to podcasts, and watching movies.
